Projects Page Fields
The following fields are available for display on the Projects page. The fields are the same on the Card and List views except for a few additional fields on the List view.
Card and List View
- Name: The name of the project.
- Status: The current status of the project. If the same project is being worked on in two or more applications, you can view the status of the project set in each of the applications.
- Application: If the project is managed in only one application, this field shows that application. If the project is managed in multiple applications, this field shows a link with the number of applications in which the project is managed. When you select this link, you can then choose which application you want to open to view more information about the project.
- Region: The physical location of the server where the project data is stored.
- Username: Your user name in the application where the project is managed.
- User's Organization: The organization that you belong to.
- Last Accessed: The date you last accessed the project from the Lobby.
List View Only
- Workspace: The workspace to which the project belongs for Primavera Cloud users. The shell location for Unifier Essentials users.
- Project Code: The unique, compact identifier for the project.
- Aconex: Project Code field.
- Preconstruction: Not applicable.
- Primavera Cloud: Project ID field.
- Unifier Essentials: Project Number from shell.
- Project Type: The category of the project in Aconex. This includes values like Construction and Mining.
- Start Date: The date the project started or the date the project is scheduled to start. Not applicable for Preconstruction.
- Estimated Completion: The date by which the project is scheduled to be completed.
- Controlling Organization: The organization that created the project in the Oracle application being used.
