Unlink an Aconex Account from a Lobby Account

You can unlink an Aconex account from a Lobby account if you have the organization administrator role in Lobby for the respective Aconex account's organization.

To unlink an Aconex account:

1. Select Navigation Menu and select Organizations.
2. On the Organization Directory page, locate the row where your organization is listed, and then select View Users, or select View All Users to see a list of users across all the organizations that you administer.
3. In the Linked Aconex Accounts section, locate the users, and then select Unlink.
