Link Multiple Lobby Accounts to a Single Aconex Account

As an organization administrator, you can link multiple Lobby user accounts to a single Aconex account. This is helpful when an account is shared and must be accessed by multiple team members.

Note: The Aconex account must have the Allow linking to multiple Lobby accounts check box selected in Aconex. If this option is not selected, the Aconex user account will not be available for selection.

To link one or more Lobby accounts to a single Aconex account:

  1. Select Navigation Menu and select Organizations.
  2. On the Organizations page, locate the row where your organization is listed, and then select View Users.
  3. On the Users page, select the check box for the rows of one or more Lobby accounts.
  4. On the More Actions menu, select Link Aconex Account.
  5. In the Aconex Account list, select the account to link the selected Lobby user accounts to.
  6. Select Link.

    You will receive a notification when the linking has been successfully completed.
