Send a Password Reset Email to a User
As an organization administrator, you can send a password reset email to users in your organization.
Notes:
- You must be an organization administrator for the user's home organization to perform this action.
- An email can only be sent to one user at a time.
To send a password reset email:
- Select Navigation Menu and select Organizations.
- On the Organizations page, locate the row where your organization is listed, and then select View Users.
- On the Users page, select the check box next to the user in the table.
- Select the More Actions menu, hover over Reset, and then select Password.
A confirmation displays that an email has been sent.
