Send a Password Reset Email to a User

As an organization administrator, you can send a password reset email to users in your organization.

Notes:

To send a password reset email:

  1. Select Navigation Menu and select Organizations.
  2. On the Organizations page, locate the row where your organization is listed, and then select View Users.
  3. On the Users page, select the check box next to the user in the table.
  4. Select the More Actions menu, hover over Reset, and then select Password.

    A confirmation displays that an email has been sent.
